Opt-Out Management

Respecting User Privacy

Our white-label review management software ensures your local business clients can easily request reviews via SMS, email, or WhatsApp while remaining fully compliant with GDPR regulations.

To safeguard user privacy and maintain transparency, every message or email sent through the platform includes a clear opt-out option. This allows end-users to easily unsubscribe from receiving future messages from the local business.

Key Features:

  • Compliance with GDPR: Ensuring every message aligns with data protection regulations.
  • Seamless Opt-Out Process: Users can opt-out with just one click, creating a frictionless experience.
  • Trust and Transparency: Helping your clients maintain a positive and professional relationship with their customers

With this feature, you can offer your clients a reliable tool that balances effective communication with privacy compliance, strengthening their reputation and fostering long-term customer trust..

Customizable Privacy Section

Simplicity and Transparency

Our white-label review management software makes privacy management simple and intuitive for our clients. As a reseller, you can easily integrate a dedicated Privacy section into your white label software, allowing you to upload and manage essential legal documents with ease.

With this feature, you can quickly display these documents, ensuring transparency and building trust with your clients.

This feature is designed to give you a competitive edge, reinforcing trust both with your clients and their end-users.

Data Deletion

Full Control Over Customer Data

Our white-label review management software empowers your clients with the ability to manage and delete customer data at any time. This feature ensures compliance with GDPR regulations by providing:

  • Complete Data Control: Local businesses can easily delete customer data, such as phone numbers used to send review requests, directly from the platform.
  • Privacy by Design: Built-in tools to manage data responsibly, safeguarding user privacy.
  • Transparent Data Practices: Ensuring that your clients’ customers feel confident about how their information is handled.

Compliance and Consent Management

Trust and Privacy First

Our white-label review management software ensures your clients can request reviews via SMS, email, or WhatsApp while staying fully GDPR compliant.

Before sending a review request, clients must confirm they have obtained the end-user’s consent to receive communications.

These features help your clients build trust, respect user privacy, and comply with legal standards, positioning them as responsible and professional businesses.

Responsibility on the Local Business: By requiring consent confirmation, the platform shifts the responsibility of compliant data collection to the local business. This protects agencies and resellers by ensuring compliance rests with the end-user's service provider.

Infrastructure

Our entire infrastructure is designed based on advanced security practices to protect our customers' data and keep it safe.

Hosting and Data Centers

Our infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), known for its industry-leading security policies. We leverage AWS security and compliance controls, and deploy our cluster over two zones to guarantee availability. All Climbo websites, APIs, databases, and servers are hosted in data centers run and secured by AWS.

Secure Handling of Credentials

Climbo securely handles third-party keys and credentials. Credentials are stored encrypted at rest using AES-256. We also support single sign-on authentication with various providers like Google and Facebook.

Payment Processing

Climbo uses PCI-compliant Stripe for payment processing, ensuring the highest level of security for transactions. We do not store any credit card data, as this is handled securely by Stripe.

Customer Data Security

We never use or analyze the data that flows through our system. The automation log is collected solely for security purposes, to guard against data loss in the event of an external server malfunction. We automatically delete all accumulated log data after 60 days, but as per the GDPR, you may opt out of the recording and storage of your data anytime.

Protocols

We strictly follow security protocols to ensure end-to-end data protection.

GDPR

Our operations are conducted under the European standards for data management.

Additional security measures

We have adopted a data security policy that aligns with industry best practices.

Only authorized staff can get access to the logs in order to troubleshoot system failures and make sure the backups are working properly.

Our hosting environment is only accessible from the private network via VPN and does not support direct access from the public internet.

All database backups are encrypted. The decryption keys are harbored on a different stand-alone highly secure server, providing an extra security layer.

GDPR

European Standards for Data Management

At Climbo, we ensure that all data management practices comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), prioritizing privacy and protection when providing services to EU customers. Our infrastructure meets stringent European standards, with strong measures for encryption, access control, and incident response, to safeguard customer data at every step.

Furthermore, all of Climbo data sub-processors, such as AWS, Bird, and Clickfunnels have been confirmed as GDPR-compliant.
